This is the normal shape of a launch. Processing time is set by your state, not by us — some states clear a filing the same day and others run weeks, so the filing step is the one that moves.
Day 1
We talk
A call about what you are opening, where, and what you already have. You leave it knowing exactly what we will file and what it costs.
Week 1
Filings submitted
Formation submitted to your state, EIN requested from the IRS, registered agent appointed, and any certificate or licence your business needs identified.
Weeks 2–3
We build
Your website goes together, business cards go to print, and your social profiles get set up and branded while the state works through the filing.
Week 4
Open and marketing
Site live, cards in your hand, profiles up, and 30 days of launch support so the first month is not something you do on your own.
